1. Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping usually takes 5-7 business days across India.
2. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is in its original condition with tags intact. Please note that custom-stitched items are not eligible for returns.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
4. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier.
